Cooking Odors

One constant problems we encounter is cooking smells.  This is usually from strong spices or simply poor cleaning habits.  As property managers soon discover, a professional cleaning of the house or apartment is not enough to get the smell out.  The odors are literally embedded on all surfaces, and the treatment therefore must to comprehensive as well as focused on key areas.

Curry is one of those "cleaning-defiant" smells that will not go away even with professional cleaning.  And, we know that odd odors can really hurt the sale or rental of that property.  The ability to effectively eliminate curry and strong cooking smells is an all out process of cleaning, fogging, and neutralizing all effected areas.

Boca Raton Odor Removal:  We were asked to treat a home in Boca Raton with a combination of dog and cooking odors.  This 2500 sq ft house was newly purchased but the owners were not aware of the persistent odor due to sprays and fragrances used during showings to mask the odor.  The process was a 6-7 hour treatment that focused on the type of odors we encountered.  The owners entered their house the next day delighted that the bad odors were gone.  In addition, our service completely sanitized the house after many years of use by the former owners.
